Important Info and Return Policy

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches and, many times, made to order.

If you want to purchase an item that is marked as “backordered”, go ahead and place your order normally. It just means you will get a fresh new batch made specially for you.
Just please allow us 3 to 5 days of turn around time.

Items marked as "Limited Edition" are seasonal. Once they go out of stock and don't have the option to be backordered, it means they won't become available again until the following year.

Most orders are shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays in order to assure they will get delivered to the customer by the end of the week.

This is an attempt to eliminate damages due to packages staying in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
